This website is operated by Theodora Arts. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Theodora Arts. Theodora Arts offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

All content on this website (except links to other websites) is the property of Theodora Arts. By using the website you acknowledge that all content is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights.

Shipping & Delivery

All pieces will be shipped within 10 days from Norway, if there are not made any special agreements. The total delivery time will vary based on where you are in the world.

The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs.

Taxes & International Customs Charges

In Norway there will be added a 5% art tax on top of selling price. If you are ordering outside of Norway, you may be charged taxes and duties when your parcel arrives in the country. This is the costumers responsibility and we advice you to contact your local customs office to learn more.

Refund & Returns Policy

We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you wish to return the art. The art has to be returned within 30 days using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

There is no return for commissioned pieces.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@theodora-arts.no.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Theodora Arts, Bergkrystallen 18, 1155 Oslo.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
